For DAY FORMULA 30 Capsules  ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER SERVING:  50 mcg Folic Acid, 50 mcg Vitamin B12, 75 mg Pantothenic Acid, 100 mg N-Acetyl L-Cysteine, 50 mg Gama Amino Butyric Acid (GABA), 35mg Alpha lipoic acid, 25 mg Standardized Grape Seed Extract, 20mg Rhodiola Standardized extract, 15mg L-Theanine, 10mg Green Tea Standardized Extract (leaves) and 10 mg Standard Black Cohosh root extract.  

For NIGHT FORMULA 30 Capsules  ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER SERVING:  75 mg Magnesium, 75 mg Gama Amino Butyric Acid (GABA), 20 mg 5-HTP and 10 mg Standardized Black Cohosh root extract in a 195 mg proprietary blend of Wild Yam root, Peony alba root, Motherwort herb and Passion flower extract (4:1).

Take 1 DAY FORMULA capsule in the morning before eating. Do not use while nursing or during pregnancy unless recommended by a health care professional.
