Lutein is the most abundant carotenoid found in fruits and vegetables, and is a potent antioxidant, especially concentrated in the macula of the eye. Twinlab Lutein is in a dry, water dispersed form, with no added oils or fats. Natural mixed tocopherols and rosemary extract are added as antioxidants for greater stability and shelf life.

Added oils or fats, soy, yeast milk or egg products, added sugars, salt (sodium), preservatives or tablet binders and coatings.

Directions
As a dietary supplement take 1 capsule daily (preferably with a meal) or as directed by a physician.
