Description
This product contains capsules of the well known herb Licorice, with a guaranteed natural potency of not more than 6.5 % glycyrrhizin.

Usage
Licorice has a 3000 year history as a medicine and as a flavoring agent. Glycyrrhizin, it's major active principle, is 50 times sweeter than sucrose. Licorice is currently one of the most widely used herbs and is very popular in China.*

Recommended Daily Dosage
Take one to three capsules three times daily with water at mealtimes or prepared as a tea.

Usage Warnings
Avoid during pregnancy.

Caution should be exercised while on heart medications, specifically Digitalis or Digoxin.

Discouraged in cases of hypertension and low serum potassium (hypocalemia). Large doses should be avoided by people with high blood pressure.
