DirectionsAs a dietary supplement, for best results, take 1 serving upon awakening in the morning in place of coffee. Do not exceed 2 servings per day.
Simply add 4 tablespoonfuls to 8 fl oz of cold water. Stir and serve. It may also be mixed for 10 seconds in a blender with crushed ice. Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate.
