Directions
As a dietary supplement for adults and children over 4 years of age, take 2 teaspoonfuls daily after a meal. For post menopausal women, take 3 teaspoonfuls daily, after a meal. For children under 4 years of age, take 1 teaspoonful daily, after a meal. For infants, take 1 teaspoonful daily (may be taken undiluted, mixed with infant formula or fruit juice.)

Shake well before using. Refrigeration is not required. Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
