Suggested Use:As a dietary supplement, take 3 tablets in the morning on an empty stomach and an additional 3 tablets before lunch on an empty stomach. (Note: it is recommended to take Nitrix on an empty stomach approximately 30 minutes before meals, taking Nitrix with food or on a full stomach will diminish its effects.
