Domestic Shipping and Rates

Shipping is $5.95 on most orders in the continental United States. Nutrition Discounters ships via Fed Ex Ground Service.

     Exceptions: $5.95 shipping does not apply to the following:
      
       � Orders mailed to APO/FPO's
       � Orders mailed to P.O. Boxes       
      
       Orders that are mailed with the above exceptions will be shipped        by USPS Priority Mail. (Fed Ex does not ship to these locations at        this time.)

       After your package is sent to the Post Office, Nutrition        Discounters will charge your credit card a second time with the        ACTUAL dollar amount that was charged by USPS.
       (We do not mark-up shipping costs like other companies.)


Free Shipping Offer


Orders over $100.00 qualify for free shipping! (For orders in the continental United States shipped via Fed Ex Ground Service.)

      Exceptions Free shipping does not apply to the following:
      
       � Orders mailed to APO/FPO's
       � Orders mailed to P.O. Boxes
       � Orders mailed to an International Address
       � Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.

Liquid Case Drinks


Due to the weight and difficulty of shipping liquid case drinks, a surcharge of either $5.00 or $7.00 will be added per case.

This surcharge is reflected in our price and no additional fees will be added.

International Shipping and Rates

The $5.95 flat shipping rate does not apply to international orders. International Orders will be shipped via:

� USPS Air or Surface Parcel Post
� Fed-Ex International.


Before your package is sent from our location, Nutrition Discounters will contact you with the exact shipping charge (either Fed Ex or USPS) via email. At this point, you will need to contact us via email at support@nutritiondiscounters.com or by phone at 630-279-7730 to
provide your credit card information (credit card number,expiration date and cvv2 number) that you would like us to apply your shipping charges. Your credit card will be charged the ACTUAL dollar amount that was charged by USPS or Fed-Ex.
(We do not mark-up shipping costs like other companies.)

Nutrition Discounters IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCT CONFISCATED BY FOREIGN GOVERNMENT.

Foreign orders returned because of banned contents will not be refunded shipping charges.

How long will my order take?

In most cases, 3 to 5 business days.

Expedited Shipping

Faster methods of shipping are available through UPS Next Day,  Second Day, and Federal Express at an additional cost.

To request expedited shipping to your order, call us at 1-800-362-3306 during normal business hours.

Normal business hours are: Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Central Standard Time, and Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT



Returns Policy

Nutrition Discounters offers refunds or exchanges to products that are unopened and in sellable condition.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days.


Make a return via mail:


Returns or exchanges will only be accepted by first calling Nutrition Discounters and receiving a Return Authorization Number.

Afterwards, mail your purchase and receipt to:

A 10% restocking fee will be assessed to all returns other than defects or if Nutrition Discounters makes a mistake to your order.

We will not refund any postage for returned packages. (If Nutrition Discounters made a mistake to your order, we will cover these charges.)
